driving history (prior insurance coverage and/or driving records); information relating to additional
insured’s (name, mailing address, telephone number, fax number, email address and/or marital status);
and financial information (name on account, credit card number and expiration date, and/or tracking
information from checks or money orders), depending upon the nature of your request.
The contact information, driving history information and financial information from the order
form are used to process your request. All information is secured and maintained on-file in our
corporate office in Glendale, California and is sometimes used to contact the customer for purposes
of completing the services requested by the customer. Financial information that is collected is used
to bill the customer and this information is not shared with anyone outside of our company, except
the merchant bank for the processing of credit card orders.
Our hosting service logs IP addresses, browser types and referral information that is used by
our marketing staff. We use personally identifying information to improve our marketing and
promotional efforts, to statistically analyze site usage, to improve our content and product
offerings and to customize our site’s content, layout and services.
We may use your information to deliver information to you that, in some cases, is targeted to
your interests, such as banners, new services and promotions. We may ask you to provide us
voluntarily with additional information regarding your personal or business interests, experience

information that a website transfers to an individual’s hard drive for record keeping purposes
while at the site). While we use cookies in other parts of our site, our ad company collects
cookies received with banner ads and we do not have any access to this information.

CHILDREN UNDER 13
We have no way of distinguishing the age of individuals who access our website; however, in
the event that we discover that a child under the age of 13 is providing personally-identifying
information, we will not accept any such information. If a child had provided us with personally

us to remove that information and opt out of promotional opportunities.
