Guardian General Insurance Services Inc. is a General Agency, founded in 1997 with the purpose of providing high quality auto insurance programs to consumers through the nationwide independent agent network. The Company has relationships with a number of insurance companies and reinsurers, and acts as a third party administrator for auto insurance related programs on behalf of the insurance carriers its represents, including Lincoln Insurance Co., Hudson Insurance Co., Western General Insurance Co., and Topa Insurance Co. Guardian General is responsible for all aspects of the activity including product development, underwriting, customer service and well as marketing.

ACE was founded in 2006 out of need and with the purpose of helping new entrants into the insurance field receive their licenses primarily in California. Since that time a number of students have attended its 52 hour course which is mandated by the state as a requisite for licensing as well as its "cram course" which provides hands on help which ensures the highest level comprehension possible in preparation for the state exam required for licensing. The success rate as evidenced by the first time pass rate on the state exam is unprecedented as far as we know for similar schools in California.
